Bessie was a loyal loving wife & homemaker. She was the kind of mother & grandmother who could whip up a simple meal that was a tasty feast. She made clothing, quilted blankets and was active at Sahuarita Farm Bureau & Sahuarita Women's Club. She was a member of the Manor Baptist Church and active in church activities like quilting for the needy. She kept in touch with family and attended family reunions as she could even taking a grandchild or two. She said she had broad shoulders and could bear her responsibilities with a smile. She is greatly missed by friends and most of all by family.
