Some records show Jacob died 19 Feb 1908, but his grave marker clearly shows 25 Dec 1908.

Jacob Judson Faw was the seventh of twelve children of Rev. Jacob Faw (1799-1859) and Mary J. Calloway (1803-1876)), who married c1820 in presumably North Carolina.

Jacob married Drusilla (listed as Druzilla on grave marker) Fouts Barker (1835-1908) on 08 Mar 1856 at Fulton County, Illinois. Jacob and Drusilla were the parents of five known children, namely:

1. Caroline Mary Faw Coble (1858-1954)
2. Marvin Judson Faw (1860-1920)
3. Reuben Faw (1862-1930)
4. Marietta Faw Rains (1864-1935)
5. Frank Benjamin Faw (1867-1956)

Drusilla was the daughter of David Fouts (1809-1846). In 1860 Judson, Drusilla and the first two children were living with Drusilla's grandparents (?), David Fouts (age 88, born NC) and Mary Fouts (age 88, born NC) and a William Barker (age 16, born IL) at Buckheart, Fulton County, Illinois. I can't find the family on the 1870 or 1880 census index, where were they? In 1900 Jacob, Drusilla and single son Frank were living at Linn Township, Woodford County, Illinois. Drusilla said she was the mother of six, five living.

Links to Jacob's parents, wife, all of his five known children and eight of his eleven known siblings are included below.
