Colleen attended public school, and graduated from the Radford State Teachers College, attended the Chicago Arts Institute, was a member of the Junior Womans Club, Charter member of the Business and Professional Womans Club, Thursday Book Club, Lifetime member of the First Christian Church where she taught Sunday School Kindergarten for 52 years, was a Deacon and Librarian, a lifetime member of the Missionary Organization evolving into the Margeret Lawrence Guild, and was a member of the first organized choir.

Visitation and Services
Funeral services will be held Tuesday April 20, 2004 at the First Christian Church in Pulaski, Va. Visiting will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

Preferred Charities and Donations
Flowers will be accepted, but for those who wish, may make memorial contributions, in the memory of Colleen to the First Christian Church 524 N. Jefferson Avenue, Pulaski, Va. 24301 or to the Raymond Ratcliffe Museum Project P.O. Box 660 Pulaski, Va. 24301 Attention: Trish Cruise.
