A. J. KEMMERER, OF HALLTON DIES
Funeral services will be conducted at the Dutchhill Church, Brookville, tomorrow afternoon at 2:00 o'clock for Adam J. Kemmerer, 87, a resident of Hallton, who died Wednesday in the Brookville Hospital. Interment will take place in Dutchhill Cemetery.
Mr. Kemmerer was born in Kersey, Elk County, Feb 8, 1869, a son of the late Peter and Frances Simmerline Kemmerer. He married the former Emma Belle Rhodes in 1897.
Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Bertha Zimmerman, of Arnold; two sons, Grover C. and Dale R. Kemmerer, both of Hallton; nine grandchildren, one great grandchild and a brother, Thomas Kemmer, of Strattanville.
Mr. Kemmerer was a retired employee of the United Natural Gas Company
