Marybell was born April 10, 1912 in Fort Worth, Texas to Sam and Maud Flory .In June of 1939 she received her teaching certificate from the Dockery School of Fine Arts. On a visit to Hansen, Idaho she met Fred Howard whom she married in June of 1941. They were married for 33 years until his passing in 1974. In December of 1980 she married Bryson Vinyard of Eden and shared the last 30 wonderful years together. Marybell taught school in Texas and Bickel School in Hansen before becoming a bookkeeper for Independent Bean and later for L. W. Moore Warehouse in Hansen until her retirement.
She enjoyed visiting and getting to know people and loved to kid. She was a long time member of the United Methodist Church, served on the Hansen School Board, led a Girl Scout troop, was a member of TOPS, volunteered as a pink lady at Magic Valley Memorial Hospital and together with Bryson, helped out with Meals on Wheels.
Surviving are her husband, Bryson Vinyard, his children Charles Vinyard and Patty (Vance) Lehmann, nephew Art (Pat) Baily, niece Lillian (Clarence) Rambo, and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, (James Flory), sister (Gwynne Baily) and her first husband. We all loved and will deeply miss her.
