Funeral services for Ralph C. Jackson, 90, of Petroleum, who died Thusday August 27, at his home, were conducted Sunday afternoon at Raiguel Funeral Home in Cairo. The Rev. Joe Snider officiated and burial was in the Petroleum Cemetery. Born at Cisco, Ritchie County, he was a son of the late Ulysses and Mary Catherine Jackson. He was a retired oil contractor and had attended the Methodist Church. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Cora Kyger Jackson; one daughter, Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Bailey, Santa Ana, Calif.; one brother, Morello Jackson, Petroleum, Rt. 1; and one grandson. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mrs. Bertie Gordon Jackson, and by an infant son, Clyde.
