Mrs. Carl (Cora) Anderson , 82, died in the Rock Valley hospital last, Wednesday, January 29, 1969. Funeral services were held at the American Lutheran church in Hawarden, Iowa, on Saturday with Rev. Ray Boyens officiating. Burial was in Grace Hill cemetery, Hawarden, Iowa, under the direction of Dow Funeral Home.
Mrs. Anderson was born Cora J. Munson on February 7, 1886, in Mabel, Minnesota. She was married in Mabel on June 2, 1908. Her husband died June 13, 1963.
She is survived by three sons, Leland, Kenneth, and Lindy, all of Hawarden; one daughter, Mrs. Leo (Dorothy) Schumacher of Hawarden; 19 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Mrs. Anna Glise of Decorah, Iowa.
