MISS LEYENDECKER SUCCUMBS AT 81
FUNERAL TUESDAY
Miss Carrie Leyendecker, 81, a native of New Ulm, was laid to rest Tuesday following funeral services at 2:30 p.m. at the family residence, conducted by Rev. Norman Roberts of Columbus. She was buried in the Leyendecker cemetery near Frelsburg. Death came after a long illness Sunday at 12:45 a.m. Miss Leyendecker was the daughter of the late J. F. Leyendecker, a native of Germany, and her mother's maiden name was Frances Stanger, a native of Virginia. Survivors include 2 sisters, Mrs. E. J. Brune of New Ulm and Mrs. Josephine Frels of Houston; and one brother, Robert F. Leyendecker of Lockhart.
