A resident of Franklin County most of her life, she had been in ill health for several months.
Mrs. Denbo had been a member of First Baptist Church here for more than 50 years.
She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Hazel Allen, Mrs. Georgia Wyant and Mrs. Nellie Samuels, all of Benton; six grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Her first husband, Arch Morris, died in 1954 and her second husband, Walter Denbo, in 1968.
Funeral Services will be on Friday at 11am at Morton and Johnston Funeral Home in Benton.
The Rev. Rex D. Wilson will officiate. Interment will be in Masonic and Odd Fellow Cemetery.
