Jack Ball, 64, of Taylor, MI, passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2011. Beloved Husband of Valerie. Loving and devoted father of Sheila (Alan) Mann, Cynthia Ball and Jill (Mel) Conrad. Dearest grandfather of Matthew, Curtis, Cassie, Alysa, Taylor and Linzie. Dear great grandfather of Ashton, Lylah and Ethan. Loving brother of Pansy (Ted) Baldwin of Cedar Bluff, VA, Loise Stillwell of Oceala, OH, Bertie (Carlos) Dye of Frazeyburg, OH, Betty (Donald) Shelton of Raven, VA, Bobby Ball of Raven, VA and Otis (Truly) Ball of Dearborn Heights, MI.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents Arch and Virgie Ball, his brother Carl Ball and sister Dorothy Newberry.
Jack retired from GM after 30 years of dedicated service from the Willow Run Assembly Plant.
The family will receive friends after 11:00 AM on Monday, February 7, 2011. Funeral will start at 12:30 PM. Interment will follow at the Ball Family Cemetery on Road Ridge near Raven, VA.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association and American Kidney Association.
