Mary Katherine Heberlein was born March 31, 1885 in Frank, Russia, the daughter of Conrad Weideman and Marie Barbara (Ginther) Weideman.

As a child she was consecrated to God in Holy Baptism. At the age of 15 she was confirmed in the religion of her faith.

She was united in marriage to Henry Hirsch and came to American in 1913 settling at Greeley, CO where she has since resided. Her husband and the father of her children passed away about 3 years ago.

In 1952 she was united in marriage for the 2nd time to Jacob Heberlein with whom she shared the joys and companionship of the evening of life. Together they held membership in St. Paul's Congregational Church.

She passed away early Sunday morning on July 25, 1954, she was 69.

With her passing there remain of the immediate family, the husband, Jacob Heberlein, Sr., her children, Henry Hirsch, Jr. of Eaton, Carl Hirsch of Platteville, Mrs. Ferdinand Giesick and Mrs. Emmett Horst, both of Greeley. Foster mother of Irwin Miller of Los Angeles and step-mother of Mrs. George Hoffman, Jake Heberlein, Jr. and Mrs. Alvin Trimble all of Greeley, George Heberlein of Ault, Mrs. Henry Lockman of Denver and Mrs. Herman Schmidt of Wiggins.

She was the sister of Mrs. Jacob Eckhardt, Mrs. Jacob Schwartz and Mrs. Jacob Kissler all of Greeley.
