McCabe, the 18 months old son of Mr. and Mrs. Silas Mellette, died at midnight Wednesday after an illness of several weeks. The burial servies were held Thursday afternoon from the home, conducted by Rev. J. N. Tolar of the Washington Street Baptist church.
