Andrew was born to Lupe and Lena Franco. His brothers are John, James and Joseph Franco. He graduated from C. K. McClatchy High School and attended Sacramento City College. He was an entrepreneur and established Franco's Foto and Tax. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Mary, his children, Lisa, Laura and Andrew, and 2 grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
