Rites Wednesday for Mrs. Opal Olson (sic)

Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at 2 pm. from the Assembly of God church in Lind for Mrs. Opal Viola Olson of Long Barn, California, Rev. D.C. Teeters of Lind officiated. Mrs. Olson passed away at sonora, California, March 15. She was 53 years old.

Mrs. Olson was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Phillips, who farmed in the Lind area a number of years ago. She was born in Lind and lived here until about 15 years ago.

Survivors are her husband Peter Olson (sic); three nieces, Mrs. Pauline Rid, Mrs. Lorraine Ralph and Mrs. Viola Agney all of Spokane; one nephew, Roy Ralph, in the U.S. Navy.

Danekas and Duncan Funeral Home of Ritzville was in charge of arrangements. Interment was in the family plot at the Lind cemetery.
