Mr. Joseph Daniel Bosarge - A native and lifelong resident of Bayou La Batre, Alabama, died in a local hospital Moday December 14, 1970, at 7:05 a.m., Mr Bosarge is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lillian Bosarge; 2 sons, Joseph Daniel Bosarge, Jr., and Alan Scott Bosarge; 2 brothers Edward Bosarge and Winston Bosarge, all of Bayou La Batre, Alabama; 5 sisters, Mrs. Robert Johnson and Mrs. Helen Bosarge, both of Bayou La Batre; Mrs. Charles Emerson, Mobile, Ala.; Mrs. Elbert Lyons, Kemah, Texas, and Mrs. Phelan Zirlott, Jr., Fowl River, Ala.; mother Mrs. Mary Etta Bosarge, Mobile, Ala; nieces, nephews and other relatives. The rosary will be said at the residence, Tuesday evening, at 6 o'clock. Funeral services will be held from the residence of Mrs. Mary Dennis Bosarge in Bayou La Batre on Wednesday, December 16, 1970, at 10:30 a.m. Requiem Mass will be said at St. Margaret's Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in Coden Catholic Cemetery, Friends may call at the residence after 1:00 p.m. Tuesday.
