Mrs. Etta Bosarge Emerson-A native of Bayou La Batre, AL and a resident of Mobile, AL, died on Saturday, November 15, 1986 at a local nursing facility. She is survived by her husband, Charles W. Emerson, Sr. of Mobile, AL; one Daughter, Miss Celeste A. Emerson of Mobile, AL; five sons, Charles W Emerson, Jr. of Spanish Fort, AL. Dennis Lionel Emerson, Sr. of Mobile, AL, Gerald A. (Gerry) Emerson of Bayou La Batre, AL, Martin E (Sonny)Emerson, Sr. of Mobile, AL and David L. Emerson of Mobile, AL; four sisters, Mrs. Helen Bosarge, Mrs. Louise Johnson and Mrs. Florence Lyons all of Bayou La Batre, AL and Mrs. Mildred Zirlott of Heron Bay, AL; one brother Winston Bosarge of Bayou La Batre, AL; 22 grandchildren 12 great-grandchildren and other relatives. Mass of Christian Burial will be celbrated from the St. Matthew's Catholic Church on Tuesday, November 18, 1986 at 11 a.m. Interment will be in the St. Michael's Cemetery, Coden, AL. Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. Monday at the Funeral Home. The rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Monday. Funeral Arrangements are by Radney Funeral Home, Dauphin Street Extension, Mobile, AL.

Francis O'Connor as Celebrant, Con-celebrants were Rev. Msgr. James Madigan, Rev. Msgr. John O'Hara, Rev. David Tellier, Rev. Jffre Robichaud, Rev. Oliver Adams, Rev. Hugh Maguire and Rev. Francis Cusack. Honarary pallbearers were Leonard Allen, Leonard Vegliacich, John W. Williams, Jerry Volovecky, Mike Rabiett and David Hoflich. Active pallbearers were, Charles D. Emerson, Martin E. Emerson Jr., Dennis L. Emerson, Jr., Jay Emerson, Wayne Shobe, GarySmall and Dennis L Emerson III. Interment was in the St. Michael's cemetery, Coden, AL.
