Mrs. Wm. [Frank] Bright Passes Monday; Suffered Stroke
Mrs. F. D. Bright, 74, passed away at 1:45 p.m. Monday [January 23, 1933] after a long illness. Her death came as the result of a paralytic stroke. Her health has been failing since a stroke five weeks ago.

Surviving Mrs. Bright are a daughter, Lulu, and sons Will of Estherville and Clarence of Burlington.

Funeral services will be at two o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Methodist church and burial will be at the Oak Hill cemetery.

Alverette Florence Arnfelt was born Nov. 30, 1858 at Sidney, Ohio, the daughter of Peter and Isabelle Arnfelt. She married Franklin D. Bright at Mt. Pulaski, Ill., on March 4, 1888. They moved to Clark county, Iowa, in 1903 and to Estherville in 1917.

She had two brothers, Wm. Arnfelt of Estherville, Grant Arnfelt of Minneapolis, and one sister, Mrs. C. W. Crull of Mt. Pulaski. There are seven grandchildren.

Mr. and Mrs. R. Willey of Endicot, Neb., and Mrs. Chas. Parrish of Onowa, will arrive for the funeral. (Vindicator and Republican, Estherville, IA, January 24, 1933)
