After moving with her husband and children from Pembroke to Lenoir, NC in November 1961, she gave birth to her two youngest sons. She was a retired homemaker and furniture worker, and a beloved mother and grandmother.

***NOTE: Rev. Julius R. Hall was one of the pastors that spoke at grandma's funeral. My grandma admired him tremendously, and he is also buried at Woodlawn.
