Marie Neiderhaus, 75, of Windsor, died Saturday, May 24 at Windsor Health Care Facility.

She was born in Dittel, Russia, Dec. 19, 1904, and came to the US with her parents in 1906. She attended schools in Auburn, Kersey, Bracewell and Columbine.

In 1921 she was married to Andrew Weinmeister. He died in 1957.

She was married to Jacob Niederhaus in Windsor in 1958. The couple moved to Lincoln, Neb., and Mrs. Niederhaus returned to Windsor in 1976 after her husband, Jacob, died in 1975.

She was a member of the Faith United Church of Christ and Brotherhood Prayer Group.

Survivors include six children, Lillian, Robert, Dorothy, Mary Ann, Don and Erma; one brother, David Weinmeister, Jr. of Windsor; five step-children; 13 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 12 step-grandchildren and 20 step-great-grandchildren.

Services were held Wednesday, May 28, at 2pm at the Faith United Church of Christ in Windsor, with Rev. Jacob Grether officiating. Interment was in Lakeview Cemetery.
