Service Monday, 9 a.m., from home for funerals, 5844 W. Cermak road, to Our Lady of the Holy Mount church. Interment St. Adalbert's cemetery. Member of C.O.F. court, No. 689. Inf. Olympic 243.

Services for Frank G. Planicka, 5625 W. 22d pl., Cicero, a retired postal supervisor, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in Our Lady of the Mount church, 2414 S. 61st av., Cicero. Mr. Planicka, who died Thursday in MacNeal Memorial hospital, Berwyn, retired five years ago after 47 years with the Chicago postoffice. He was a former president of the Chicago branch of the National Association of Postal Supervisors, and a former treasurer of the national group. Surviving are his widow, Katherine; a daughter, Mrs. Rose Pawlak; two sons, Edward and Joseph, and five grandchildren.
