Reba Stone Jackson, age 82, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2009. She was born, February 12, 1927, in Waco, GA, and was preceded in death by her parents, Walter L. & Rosa Lee Stone; husband, Willis Andrew “Pop” Jackson and a son, Terry Lee Finnell. Mrs. Jackson was a homemaker and a member of New Hope First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sons & daughters-in-law, James Alton Finnell & Donna of Columbus, GA, Keith Finnell & Dennen of Villa Rica, GA and Michael Finnell & Cathy of Cheyenne, WY; daughters & sons-in-law, Constance Renaud & Kenneth of Stockbridge, GA, Patricia Hobbs & Fred of Dallas, GA and Robyn Walters & David of Kennesaw, GA; sister, Maxine Abercrombie of Carrollton, GA; twenty grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 13, 2009, at 11:00 am, from Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Mike Owenby officiating. Interment will follow at 1:00 pm, from Union Campground Cemetery in Carrollton, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA, is in charge of arrangements.
