Mrs. Lena Danielson, 83, died Sunday at her residence, 7693 Wheatland Road, NE. Born in Sweden, she came to the United States when she was 18 years old, and to Salem in 1943. Her husband, Chris, died 12 years ago.
She was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church here.
Survivors include daughters, Mrs Elinor Meyer, Salem, Mrs Olga Robinette, Camp Springs, Md.,Mrs. Gladys Poirier, San Bernadino, Calif.; sons, Elmer, Minneapolis, Minn., Oscar, St. Paul, Minn., and Lawrence, Albuquerque, NM., 22 grandchildren, and 36 great-grandchildren.
Services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Barrick chapel with Rev. John Cauble officiating. Interment Will be in Belcrest Memorial Park.
