His wife Rivka "Rebecca" KRASNER / KRASNOVSKY

He was born to Shabatai (Shabsa Shlema) "Charles" BASINOV (later BONOFF) and Ryssel ROSENBERG, who were from Berdichev, Ukraine, before moving to Elizavetgrad, Ukraine.

There is a 1905 New Haven naturalization record that indicates that Aron (almost certainly the same person) was born 31 Dec. 1847, but the original Russian records in Ukraine indicate it was 1839-1841, and later American records mostly indicate 1841-1842.
