Mary was born on May 1, 1928 in Joplin, Missouri, the daughter of Earl and Ida Parker. Mary was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved the time she spent with her family and friends.
Survivors include her sons, five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents; husband John James Gressman, two daughters Darlene Coleman and Patricia More, sisters Helen Murphy and Velma Smith, brothers Cliff, Harold, and Lon Parker.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 24, 2011 at 11 a.m. at the Alamosa Cemetery. Viewing and visitation will be held on Sunday from 1-4 at the Romero Funeral Home in Alamosa who is in care of the arrangements.
