"Hilda O. Bucher Greiner, 91, of 7327 Kirkville Rd. Minoa, died Tuesday, January 31 at her home. She lived all her life in Minoa, and her family owned and operated the Greiner Hotel from 1904 to 1954. She was a member of St Mary's Church of Minoa, and of it's Altar & Rosary Society. She was also active in the American Legion Auxiliary in Minoa.
Her husband, John J. Greiner died in 1974; Mrs Greiner is survived by a daughter, Barbara Cretaro of Minoa; 3 sisters, Agnes Waldkirch of Dayton Beach, Fla., Mrs Imelda Myers of Minoa, Gertrude Weidman of Eastwood; a brother, Joseph Bucher of Rochester; 7 grandchildren;14 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
The Rev Dominic McGee officiated at services at Russell H. Schepp & son funeral home, and in St Mary's Church, where a mass of christian burial was celebrated. Spring burial will be in St Mary's Cemetery, Minoa. Contributions may be made to the Minoa Ambulance Fund or St Mary's Memorial Fund."
