Ethel Dickson Hill - Pueblo Chieftain - June 11, 2001 Ethel Dickson Hill, age 99, born July 8, 1901, passed away June 10, 2001. Mrs. Hill is survived by two daughters, Joy (Don) Martin, Pueblo, and Mabel (Chet) Holden of Tucson, Ariz. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; sister, Elsie DeJarnett; and two brothers, Willard and Willmer Parker, all of Enid, Okla. She was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years, Floid Dickson; and her husband of 10 years, Arch Hill; and two sons, Floid Dickson Jr. and Vernon Dickson. Mrs. Hill worked in the Parkview hospital dietary department and was a longtime member of the Broadway and Orman Church of Christ. Viewing, noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. to noon Wednesday, at the funeral home. Funeral service, 2 p.m. Wednesday, George McCarthy Historic Chapel. Interment, Imperial Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Red Mountain Ranch Youth Camp in her memory.
