Ariel was a high-spirited girl who overcame her cerebral palsy to become a cheerleader for her school.

She was an angel on earth and now she is the real thing for all of us.

We finally got her marker. the drawing of the flowers Ariel drew herself. I wanted to put somthing of hers on it and it turned out so well.

My name is Robert Komaromi. I had Ariel in my 6th grade class at Lincoln Jr. High. That year was my first year of teaching. Ariel was a ray of sunshine everyday. She stayed after class one day to ask me if she should try out for cheerleading. We discussed her limitations for the gymnastics part of cheereleading, but also the other characteristics such as spirit, enthusiasm, and cheering. She made the team and was thrilled. She gave me this bracelet for helping her and to remember her by. Remember I do. I keep it in my top desk drawer and I like to remember that sweet smiling face. I'm still teaching and have met many endearing students through the years. I will never forget this sweet little girl.
