Capenter's films include "School For Secrets" (1946), "Uneasy Terms" (1948), "Landfall" (1949), "Albert RN" (1953), "Night People" (1954), "The Sea Shall Not Have Them" (1955), "Fire Maidens From Outer Space" (1956), "The Iron Petticoat" (1956), "Jet Street" (1959), "Murder Reported" (1960), "Call Me Bwana" (1963), and "First Men On The Moon" (1964). Carpenter is best remembered though for his role in the 1956 film "Reach For The Sky," the story about the legless pilot Douglas Bader. It also starred Alexander Knox and Kenneth More.
