Mrs. Andrew Woolcutt Dead
Mrs. Andrew Woolcutt died Sunday [January 26, 1908] evening at 8:30 at her home on north Ninth street after an illness of less than six weeks of consumption. She grew worse rapidly from the time she was first taken sick and at the end of the third week the attending physician gave up all hopes of her recovery but she lingered three weeks longer and passed peacefully away.

Deceased was a lady of excellent character, kind and loving disposition and her untimely death is a sad blow to her husband, relatives and endearing friends. She was thirty one years of age at the time of her death and has been married to Andrew Woolcutt nearly six years. She was a daughter of Hans A. Vestrum. Besides a loving husband she leaves a father, two sisters and a brother to mourn her sudden taking away.

Funeral services were held at 2:30 Tuesday afternoon at the home of M. W. Woolcutt, Rev. Ada Hall having charge of the funeral services. The remains were interred in Oak Hill cemetery. (Estherville Democrat, Estherville, IA, January 29, 1908)

Mrs. R. D. Wiltsie and Mrs. Geo. Murray came up from Des Moines Thursday, called here by the sickness and death of their sister, Mrs. Andrew Woodcutt. (Estherville Democrat, Estherville, IA, January 29, 1908)
