Born May 27, 1886, Laketown, Rich county, to William Liffon and Alice Christie Gordon Pugmire. Married Marguerite Elizabeth Goebel, Nov. 5, 1906, Paris, Idaho, solemnized Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died Dec. 30, 1943. Married Elma Caroline Anderson, April 30, 1949, Elko, Nev. Active member LDS Church.
Survivors; sons, daughter, Weldon F., Mrs. Eph (Ruth) Wall, both Salt Lake City; Ernest L., Tujunga, Calif.; stepchildren, Mrs. Phil (LaVerne) Birtsall, Mrs. Don (Betty) Ross, Mrs. Charles (Ingrid) Pacheco, all Salt Lake City; Mrs. Robert (Jeannine) Turner, Redlands, Calif.; Richard M. Anderson, Aurora, Ill.; 26 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
