Mary Emma Ludwig, 53, of 7313 Northline, Houston, passed away Tuesday after a long illness with bone cancer.She was a native of Pritchett, Texas, moving with her family to Houston when she was a young lady of 20. She was retired from the Houston Police Department.
She is survived by her husband, Alvin Gene Ludwig, a daughter, Donna Jean Vaculik, mother, Anna Lou Craig Drozd, sister Lou Ann Shannon of Houston and Elna Gilbert of South Houston. Brother James D. Craig of Huffman; grandson Joseph Henry Bolt, Jr., Mother-In-Law Maude K. Ludwig, Brother-In-Law and wife, Mr.& Mrs. Leroy Ludwig; Aunts Florence Erwin and Hattie Greer of Houston.
