On June 28, 1930, he was married to Blanche Croyle, who survives. Also surviving are one son (Moses Robert), 2 grandsons, one brother (Morgan), and 3 sisters (Nellie Cable, Linnie Croyle, and Anna Shetler). He was preceded in death by 2 brothers (Nelson and Robert), and 2 sisters (Mary and Nora). He was a member of Kaufman Mennonite Church, where funeral services were held on Feb. 18, in charge of Stanley R. Freed; interment in Kaufman Cemetery.
