Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Isaac Frost Jr., Graham, N.C., and Mrs. Gene Bunn, Fancy Gap; one son, Rex Blevins, Galax; five grandchildren; one brother, Hurley Blevins, Ennice, N.C.; three half-sisters, Mrs. Betty Ruth Sykes, Asheboro, N.C., Mrs. Minnie Lou Magee, Thomasville, N.C., and Mrs. Lillie Mae Glasco, Glade Valley, N.C.; six half-brothers, Odus Blevins, Clete Blevins and Clay Blevins, all of High Point, N.C., Don Blevins, Anderson, S.C., Walter Blevins, High Point, N.C., and Clint Blevins, Towson, Md.
Services were held Sunday, Oct. 16, at 2 p.m. in the chapel at Vaughan-Guynn Funeral Home. Elder Dale Green, the Rev. Blace Davis and the Rev. Dewey Felts officiated.
Burial was in Monta Vista Memory Gardens.
