Springdale - Mrs. Mildred Hayes Helvey, 60, of Route 4, Springdale, died today in the Springdale hospital. Born May 6, 1909 at Aurora, the daughter of William and Louisa Driver Hayes, she was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors are two sons, Larry Kenneth and Richard Allen, both of the home and four sisters, Mrs. Dovie McKnight of Springdale, Mrs. Delphia Whitson and Mrs. Billy Head, both of Fayetteville and Mrs. Brada Drake of Haskell, Okla.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Moore's Chapel with burial in Fairview Memorial Gardens.
