Sarah A. Wanner, 91, of Fairmount Community, formerly of West Earl Township, died October 17, 2009 after a brief illness. Born near Nevada, OH, to the late Franklin and Edith (Lee) Aten, she graduated from business college, then worked for the Department of Commerce, then the War Department in Washington, D. C. during the 1940's. There she met and married Walter, with whom she celebrated their 60th anniversary last June.
