-- The funeral for Mrs. Trudell Moon "Trudy" Grant of 117 Cherrylane Drive was conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 21, at Robinson Funeral Home. Burial followed in Robinson Memorial Gardens in Easley.

Mrs. Grant, 74, died Monday, May 18, 2009, at her residence.

Born in Rock Hill on April 19, 1935, she was a daughter of the late Elzie Beverly Moon and Lennie Mae Gibson Poole. A member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Greenville First Ward, Mrs. Grant graduated from Chester High School and was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Donald L. Grant; two sons, Kevin M. Grant and his wife, Kristie, of Mauldin and Christopher G. Grant and his wife, Michelle, of Belton; a daughter, Deborah G. Seay of Greenville; a sister, Dean Moon Waters of Rock Hill; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews of Chester.
