Mrs. DeYoung is survived by two daughters: Lois (Chris) Niehof and Alma DeYoung; one grandson: Timothy (Julie) Niehof ; two great grandchildren: Rachel and Becca Niehof.
She was preceded in death by her husband Henry W. DeYoung; three brothers: the late John (Henrietta), late Harry (late Winnie) and the late Cornelius (Johanna) Van Drunen; two sisters: late Viola (late Jasper) Rietveld and the late Johanna (late Jacob) Singer. Visitation, Monday, January 10, 2011 from 10:30 A.M. until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:30 A.M. at the Smits Funeral Home 2121 Pleasant Springs Lane (Rt. 30 & Pleasant Springs Lane) Dyer, IN. Interment Oak Ridge Cemetery – Lansing, IL.
