Daughter of Rev. Alvin D. Williams and Sarah Anne (Harn) WILLIAMS. She was aged 22 years.
In 1880 she was attending school at Nebraska State University. She died a few months after graduation in a mysterious drowning...her body was found floating in the creek. Nothing was ever found as the reason, but it was speculated since she had poor eyesight, and the bank was slippery, she could have slipped and not been able to get out.
Her middle name is a word that means "Sarah".
Her future was bright...it is one of life's mysteries as to why.
