WELLINGTON, Carbon County- Fred Jorgensen, 59, Wellington, died Oct. 9, 1975 in a Salt Lake hospital after a long illness.
Born April 22, 1916, Giles, Wayne County, to Christian and Annie Giles Jorgensen. Shepherd. Member LDS Church. Member American Legion. Veteran WW II.
Survivors: brothers, sisters, Mrs. Ted (Elizabeth) Barker, Price; Chris, Mrs. Milton (Ardith) Thayn, both Wellington; Mrs. Frank (Hazel) Henderson, All Wellington; Henry, The Dalles, Ore.
Funeral Monday 1 p.m., Wellington 1st LDS Ward Chapel. Friends call Fausett Mortuary, Price, Sunday 7-9 p.m., hour before service at ward chapel. Burial Price City Cemetery.
