LCpl. U.S. Marines, {MC2380759}, Vietnam War- LCpl. Harrison was killed in action during Operation Mameluke on 8-7-1968 in South Vietnam while serving as an Anti-Tank Assaultman with Co. C of the 1st Battalion, 5th Marines, 1st Marine Division. LCpl. Harrison started his tour of Vietnam on February 25, 1968.

He is the son Mr. Jay W. & Mrs. Margie {Graham} Harrison of Canton, Illinois, and was a 1966 graduate of Canton Senior H.S., and in the Marines by June 28, 1967. He does leave two brothers, Daniel and Gregory, and one sister, Miss Cheryl, all at home.

Awards: Purple Heart Medal, Combat Action Ribbon, Vietnam Service Medal with One Service Star, Vietnam Campaign Medal, National Defense Service Medal.
