Graveside services were Friday, October 5, in Ivey Cemetery Friday. The Rev. Paul Sheehan, the Rev. Hoyt Powell and the Rev. Malcolm Harrelson officiated.
Mr. Fulton was born July 18, 1877, in Georgetown County, a son of the late Thomas Flovius Fulton and the late Mrs. Susan Rebecca Waldron Fulton.
He was a farmer in the Big Dam Swamp section of Georgetown County. He was a member of Happy Home Free Will Baptist Church.
He was predeceased by his wife, Mrs. Ollie Vishero Powell Fulton, on April 6, 1955.
He was survived by four sons, Waitus Flovius Fulton of Andrews, Lonnie Eugene Fulton of Andrews, Thomas Rushon Fulton of Georgetown, and Albert Theodore Fulton of Lexington, Ky.; two daughters, Mrs. Linwood Nelson (Alma) Brown of Andrews, and Mrs. Charlie (Lola Belle) Kirton of Andrews, and 23 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and a brother, Samuel Whitman Fulton of Andrews.
