Ralph Barsztaitis 84 of LaSalle passed away unexpectedly Friday July 18 at 2:00PM in his residence. A funeral mass will be Tuesday July 22 at 11:30 in St. Hyacinth Church in LaSalle. Very Reverend Antonio Dittmer Pastor of LaSalle Parishes will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Hyacinth Cemetery in LaSalle. Visitation will be in the church from 9:30 until the time of services. The Burgess Funeral of LaSalle is handling the arrangements.

He was born on October 25, 1929 in LaSalle to Frank and Sophie (Jozwiak) Barsztaitis.

He was employed by Electric Utilities of LaSalle and Maze Nails in Peru.

He was a member of St. Hyacinth Church, a member of St. Stephen's of St. Hyacinth Church, and a 50 year member of the Knights of Columbus 3rd degree Calvert Council 792 of LaSalle.

He is survived by 1 brother; Raymond (Jody) Barsztaitis of Peru, and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by; his parents, 5 sisters, and 2 brothers.
