JUDGE J. W. HILL DIES IN AUSTIN
Austin – Judge J. W. Hill, 76, prominent San Angelo attorney, died here early Friday at his hotel. He was in Austin participating in a trial.
His son, Judge J. P. Hill, also of San Angelo, was with him when he died. It was planned to leave Friday with the body for San Angelo.
Death was attributed to a heart ailment.
Judge Hill served as a member of the Texas senate about 1900.
He was a member of the San Angelo and the Texas bar associations.
