CANTON - Leslie Glenn Chrisco-Barnett, 52, of 228 N. Ave. C passed away Monday, Jan. 3, 2011, at Methodist Medical Center in Peoria.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Murphy-Sedgwick Memorial Home, where visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Norris Cemetery in Norris.
He was born in Phoenix, AZ, February 20, 1958, the son of Danny Glenn and Marie (Harrell) Chrisco. Surviving are his mother and father, Marie and Raymond Barnett of Farmington; one son, Michael Lee Chrisco of Marion, two daughters, Stephanie Marie (Aaron) McCarty of Creal Springs and Jennifer Lynn Chrisco of Creal Springs; three grandchildren, Blake and Preston Chrisco and Justin McCarty; and two brothers, Charles (Karen) Barnett of Canton and Raymond Lee (Mary) Barnett of Norris. Les grew up in Canton and went to ICC College for 2 years. He worked in Peoria and Bartonville at Superior and also at APAC in Canton and Marion as a telemarketer for many years. He also had some influence in the new jail built in Lewistown. He loved to work with his hands, gardening. He was an all around handyman. Les enjoyed life, family, friends and helping others. He attended Eastside Nazarene Church, Canton.
