Jackie Lynn Beatie passed away at home peacefully in her sleep January 3, 2011. She was born March 13, 1965 to Noel and Maxine Webb of Murray, Utah, one of four children. Jackie graduated from Murray High School in 1983.

Jackie married the boy next door and love of her life, Steve Beatie, on March 25, 1985. Steve and Jackie had two wonderful children: Christopher and Austin.

Jackie was an avid sports fan as well as a gifted athlete. During her younger years, she enjoyed playing softball and excelled in many positions on many teams. Jackie loved camping at Strawberry Reservoir and fishing with her family. Family members often complained because she would never want to leave a spot, knowing that any minute the fish would begin biting. She always strived to catch the "big one". Jackie was a huge New York Yankees fan. Whenever they played, you could find her in her Yankees shirt cheering on her team.

Jackie's life revolved around her two children who she loved so and was always willing to do what needed to be done in their lives. Jackie also loved her two dogs, "Reefer and Mocha".

Jackie is survived by her loving husband, Steve; and two wonderful children, Christopher and Austin; sisters, Kari (Billy) Sturgeon and Jenn (Stuli) Tafili; and brothers, Jody Webb and Kim Williams. Jackie is preceded in death by her father, Noel W. Webb; brother, Mitchell W Webb; and nephew, Jacob Webb.

A million times, we've needed you, a million times we've cried. If love alone could have saved you, you never would have died. In life we loved you dearly, in death we love you still; in our hearts, you hold a special place no one else will ever fill. Love, Your Family
