In testimony whereof, I here unto set my hand and seal this third day of August A. D. 1858. Signed, sealed and declared by, Signature, Henry Dunn, said Henry Dunn to be his Last Will and Testament in our presence and by us signed as witnesses, at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other, signed D. Thomas & Ack Page.

In the name of God, the Benevolent Father of All, I, Henry Dunn, of the County of Brown and State of Ohio, being in good health and of sound mind and disposing memory, hereby ??? ???? all former Wills by me made, do make and publish this my last will and testament:

1. I will that all my just debts be paid.

2. I hereby constitute and appoint my son Henry Dunn Executor of this my last will and testament, with full authority to carry out the direction hereinafter given.

3. I will give bequeath and devise to my son Pindell Dunn and to his heirs and assigns forever, all my real estate, the same consisting of about fifty acres of land on which I now live situate in Brown county, Ohio a part of a survey of No. 10320. Bounded on the North by lands of ?? Tracy and Gavriel Reynolds on the east by said Hays and James Riley, on the South by James Webb and Miller and on teh West by said Tracy.

4. I give and desire all my personal property chattels, rights and credits to my son Henry Dunn as my Executor in trust for and to be used and deposed of in the following manner to wit---without inventory or appraisement the same being waived to sell and dispost of all my said property and chattels and to collect the debs due me, the same to be disposed of immediately or as soon after my death as my said Executor shall think best, in case I should survive my beloved wife Nancy and said wife shall survive me then sale to be made as soon after her death as my said Executor shall think best and out the proceeds of said sale my said Executor to pay first all just charges against my estate and to distribute the render equal share as ??? alike between my daughters, Roanna Straight, Maria Curtis, Sarah Straight, Elizabeth Parker, Nancy Louderback and Jane Prine and should any of my said daughters die before said distribution then the share to which she or they may be entitled to be given to her or their children.
