COLUMBIA - Funeral services for Jewell Evie May Johnston, 92, will be at 2 p.m. today, July 31, in First United Methodist Church. The Revs. Charles Floyd Jr. and Pam Roy will officiate. Burial will be in Welcome Home Cemetery in Grayson under the direction of Riser and Son Funeral Home. Visitation is noon-2 p.m. today in the church.
Mrs. Johnston died Friday, July 27, 2001, in Athens, Ala.
Survivors include two sons, James E. Johnston of Athens and Roy J. Johnston of Sugar Land, Texas; one sister, Myrtle May Lisenby; and two grandchildren.
