Felix Valentino "Phil" Lozano, 67, of Maili, a retired Pearl Harbor and Barbers Point Public Works Center foreman, died at home. He was born in Brighton, Colo.

He is survived by wife Barbara; sons Anthony, Felix Jr. and Stewart; daughter Colleen Cambra; brothers David and Jeff; sisters Rose Duran, Bessie Maestas and Laura Maier; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Mass: 11 a.m. Thursday at Waianae Sacred Heart Church. Call after 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
