He is preceded in death by his wife Geronima Mendoza and daughter Nancy Sanchez and her son David Sanchez and granddaughter Barbara Salcido. He is survived by 6 children, Eliseo, Jose, Lupe Perales, Henry, Maggie Rodriguez, Olivia Dell, all of Peoria, Arizona. He has 19 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. He was the oldest son of David and Natividad Mendoza. He has surviving brothers, Ysidoro, Rodolfo, and David Mendoza. He has surviving sisters, Gloria Gutierrez and Esther Torres. Viewing is on January 3, 2011 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Best Funeral Home, 9380 West Peoria, Ave., Peoria, AZ 85345.
