FUNERAL SERVICES FOR MRS. MINNIE BRADLEY
Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Sherburne Christian Church for Mrs. Minnie[Lawrence] Bradley, aged 71. Rev. Bob White, pastor of the Flemingsburg Ky Christian Church, officiated.
Mrs. Bradley died Saturday at her home at Concord after an illness of three years.
The deceased was a native and lifelong resident of the county, a daughter of the late Wallace and Martha[Vice] Lawrence. She was a woman of highest ideals and was a devoted wife and mother. Mrs. Bradley was a member of the Christian Church.
Surviving are her husband Roy Robert Bradley, six sons, Austin Bradley at home, Floyd and Robert Bradley, both of Fleming Co Ky., John Bradley of Indianapolis Ind., and Charlie and Calvin Bradley of Troy Ohio. Three daughters Mrs Wilma[Ashford]Jones at home, Mrs. Carrie[Ivan]Porter, Bethel Ky., and Mrs Mary[Milford]Meyer if Troy Ohio. Also two half-brothers, Larene and Jessie/James Lawrence both of Williamstown Ky; 17 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Preceded in death are two infant sons,
Jesse James born 4-30-1922 died 4-30-1922 his twin
William Brooks born 4-30-1922 died 9-6-1922 I think both babies are buried in the same grave at Olive Branch Cemetery. Where their grave is a rock is all that is left.
Burial was in the Longview Cemetery in Bethel Ky.
